BIO.
Duarte is the Global VP Talent Acquisition at Gympass. Since 2019 he led the growth of the Company from 700+ employees to 1300 today and oversees all aspects of Talent Acquisition: Recruiting, Executive Search, Employer Branding, Internal Mobility & Recruitment.
Duarte was also de VP of HR for Europe at Gympass between 2017 and 2021.
Duarte has over 20 years of experience in talent acquisition, HR, and Talent Management
previously worked for Walmart and Hays, always with International leadership positions.
Duarte has lived and worked in Spain, Portugal the U.K., Colombia, Mexico, Costa Rica, and in the United States.
Today, Duarte holds the global Talent Acquisition function for Gympass, along with an interim global responsibility for organizational development: Learning & Development, Performance Management, Culture and Belonging, and Talent Management.
Duarte brings specific knowledge and leadership in cross-cultural talent acquisition and HR management, international recruiting across Europe, Americas, and Asia, as well as a deep experience in building and accelerating at scale recruiting teams and operations, utilizing state of the art HR
