2024 KEYNOTE.

Building a Talent Management Network across our LEGO Ecosystem

The war for talent exists already for many years. Whilst it is important to attract new talents to your company, it is equally important to retain talents. Talent Management plays an important role identifying the talents in an organization and connecting talents to upcoming development opportunities. But how can we manage Talents across an Ecosystem of multiple companies and build a strong internal employer brand? This question has been the starting point for building out our Talent Management Network across the LEGO Ecosystem.

By doing so, we are building bridges for Talents to explore even more opportunities across multiple companies in this network and to build their career across.
In this presentation we will share, how we have started to build the Talent Management Network, what challenges we were facing and what opportunities we were able to realize.

2022 KEYNOTE.

Small things that make a difference

It's awesome to work for a big brand such as the LEGO Group, as many people instantly know what the company is doing and can relate to that. However, a strong company brand does not automatically result in a strong employer brand.

In order to attract the right candidates to the LEGO Group and to provide them with an amazing candidate experience, a lot of small things can be taken into account. In this keynote, Kirstin will showcase how to make the candidate journey more personal and insightful in order to create a great experience.
