Michiel Das is the founder of Employer Branding Lab, the leading employer branding agency for Spain and Latin America launched in 2015 to help startups, SMEs and multinational companies to attract and motivate their employees.

Prior to launching Employer Branding Lab, Michiel served as the Global Employer Branding Lead for SEAT (Volkswagen Group) back in 2012, where he worked on strategies to make sure the company was perceived as a top employer.

Michiel loves to share several years of experience in Branding, Digital Marketing and Communications Management, and is an international speaker on Personal and Employer Branding strategies, and a professor at several business schools in Spain.
