Ton Rodenburg is a brand and culture strategist passionate about unlocking the unique energy of organizations – the 'Clubgeist,' as he calls it. Founder of the creative agency Clubgeist in 2019, he brings over 30 years of experience in employer branding (formerly @ARA and @Randstad). His 20-person agency helps clients define their organizational identity, create compelling communication, build cultures and communities, empower leaders, and foster brand advocacy.
Ton's clients include(d) leading national and international organizations such as EY, KPMG, A&O Shearman, EPSA, Van Oord, Aviko, Tennet, the Dutch Government, KPN, PepsiCo, Rotterdam City, Erasmus University Medical Center, PostNL, Vopak, and Amsterdam University.
